The Secretariat Center is a 21-year-old aftercare organization located in the Kentucky Horse Park. Our mission is to prepare OTTBs for successful second careers. We facilitate adoptions via a rigorous reschooling program, attention to soundness, and careful selection of horses and potential adopters.
