Bethany's Gait rescues, rehabilitates and restores the lives of horses in need, military, first responders and their family members. The ranch rescues horses from places of abandonment, abuse and neglect. They keep the horses for the rest of their life, unless it is in the best interest of the horse to have an individual owner. The horses take the lead in three primary programs at the ranch. The first, Resilience Unleashed, provides equine facilitated coaching to veterans and first responders. The second, Lissa's Legacy, provides support, education and equine facilitated coaching to military/first responder spouses. The third, Mustang to Wrangler, provides horsemanship training and support to children of military/first responders. Together horses and humans heal, based on a bond built on trust, unconditional love and a keen understanding of each other.
